We would like to inform you that we will be streamlining our registration process from Majestri to Basketball Connect for the upcoming Winter season (Terms 2 & 3).

Frequently Asked Questions

What does this mean?

This means that all registrations – Bayside Jets, Southern Districts & Basketball Queensland fees – will all be paid on the same platform. This also means that payments for the season will need to be paid upfront.Please budget accordingly as your athlete will be unable to play if fees are not paid in full.

Why?

This decision has been made to reduce the workload for our volunteers, and reduce our admin costs. Removing the need to follow up on overdue fees returns valuable time and resources that can be utilised in other areas of the club’s operations.

What’s the cost breakdown?

Basketball Queensland and Southern Districts increase their fees each season, whereas Bayside Jets prefers to keep the club fees consistent and affordable for our families.

Basketball Queensland Fees = approx. $89.42 per year (annually)

Southern Districts Fees = $41.50 per season (bi-annually)

Bayside Jets Fees = $340 per season (bi-annually)

If you are up to date with your BQ membership, you will pay $381.50.

If you are due to renew or are a new player, you will pay approx. $470.92

1. Club Registration - $340 per season (biannual)
2. Southern Districts Registration - $41.50 per season (biannual)
3. BQ Registration - $89.42 per year (annual from date of registration)
